An hour is an hour
We attach great importance to a correct and punctual delivery. Agreements are agreements. A worksite can come to a standstill if a delivery is late. We limit delays to a minimum thanks to proactive planning, the punctuality of our drivers and by factoring possible delays.  In case of force majeure (an accident, unforeseeable breakdown, a cargo which cannot be loaded for no fault of ours, etc.), you will be kept posted continuously while we look for alternative solutions.

Service is more than a word
Our drivers are our ambassadors. So it is normal that we should attach great importance to their reliability and customer-orientation. To that end, we evaluate them regularly together with our customers. But you will notice precisely what we mean when we say service, from the moment that we pick up the telephone, or when your fax or e-mail reaches us. We immediately look for the optimal solution to your transport needs. So that we can provide a correct service at an honest price.

Once-off order or long-term assignment?
As we see it, whether for a small, rapid order or a long-term assignment, the customer is always right. If you wish to entrust a long-term assignment to us, we will go over everything with you tooth and nail.

An offer must not have to wait
It is not just our lorries that are right on time. Our offers are always very rapid. For simple assignments, it is often a matter of hours. For more complex requests, we will indicate precisely when you can expect our proposal.

Up to date equipment
We like to drive safely with your goods. So our rolling stock is always superbly serviced and maintained. Your transport is in good hands, in other words, and will be brought to its destination using reliable equipment.
